Order Confirmation/Design Approval
For custom orders, design approval is required before moving forward. Once approved, we proceed with sampling and production.
Initial Deposit
Upon approval of the quote and design, a deposit will be made to initiate production.
Production & Quality Assurance
During production, we conduct real-time quality assessments to ensure the product meets all agreed specifications and standards.
Balance Payment
After you’re satisfied with the production outcome, the remaining balance is required before the order is shipped.
Shipping & Storage
Depending on the size and weight of the order, shipping is arranged via sea or air cargo. We also offer warehouse storage options for consolidation, if needed.
